What we walked into.

Koppiku needed a modern digital commerce platform capable of supporting coffee ordering across Malaysia while maintaining operational consistency across multiple branches. The platform required reliable mobile experiences, POS synchronization, customer engagement capabilities, and cloud infrastructure capable of supporting rapid growth and increasing transaction volume.

Built a complete commerce ecosystem

Developed a cross-platform mobile ordering application for Android and iOS alongside a web-based management platform for sales monitoring, branch operations, reporting, synchronization, and administrative workflows.

Integrated a third-party CRM solution to support customer engagement initiatives, loyalty rewards, and automated marketing workflows across the customer lifecycle.

Enabled real-time operational visibility

Implemented a distributed POS synchronization architecture using webhook-driven event updates across 71 branches, improving inventory consistency and reducing manual reconciliation efforts.

Deployed the platform on AWS using containerized services, managed databases, and automated CI/CD pipelines to support growing order volume and customer demand while maintaining operational reliability.
